Diversified General Federal Credit Union offers two types of checking accounts:
Share Draft Account
Share Draft Account is a FREE checking account
with FREE debit card access
and FREE online banking
Payment Checking Account
Payment Checking Account is also a FREE checking account with FREE debit card access and FREE online banking.
This account differs from the Share Draft, in that it pays dividends when minimum balances are met. Dividends are paid on balances above $1,000.00, and are declared monthly by the board. Those accounts that drop below $500.00 during the month will be charged $1.50.
Debit Cards
To best protect you from debit card fraud, we monitor, and sometimes block, unusual activity on your debit card. In order to avoid inconveniencing you during times that you are traveling, please inform us when you plan to travel far outside of your state or region, and particularly prior to international travel, including Canada. Reorder Checks
When you’re running out of checks, the faster you can get a box of checks the better. So, why not do it online and get those checks to your house ASAP? All you need is an existing check or the check reorder form in your checkbook. You can always call our office and we would be more than happy to reorder your checks for you. 574-753-3547
